The staff at Martin & Co are very professional, friendly, helpful and always keep me well informed. Renting property is never straight forward and often situations arise that require the letting agency to go the extra mile to resolve the issues. I was particularly impressed recently with Kate Armstrong who looks after Marketing and Lettings. Kate recently dealt with and resolved an issue we had with the re-letting of a garage. Without going into the details her tenacity and willingness to come up with a solution that satisfied both myself and a new tenant was brilliant. Caroline Relph has also been very helpful with a number of maintenance and refurbishment works that have been required over the years. She is currently helping with organising and liaising with the tenant for a Kitchen refurbishment project.
