I'm so glad that after months of viewings with disinterested unhelpful letting agents, I've been lucky enough to be offered a tenancy in a well kept lovely flat with Northwood, Basingstoke. It is such a refreshing change to deal with such efficient and friendly staff who are reassuring and treat tenants so well. I would recommend them to any tenants who are fed up with battling to get things done with letting agents, and actually have a pleasant experience!

Have lived in a rental property managed by Northwood Basingstoke since 2018 and have always found them to be professional and timely with their responses. The staff are friendly and do their best to address any concerns I have, keeping me updated on progress. I am informed well in advance of any property inspections and routine maintenance enabling me to make arrangements to be home or for my dogs to be out. I have been impressed with their conduct and recommend them.

I leased my flat through Northwood's guaranteed rent scheme for about seven years before selling it through Northwood. There were a few glitches early on in the rental period with receiving monthly statements but these were resolved when Northwood switched to a better provider. Otherwise, I can't really fault them. Beth was my main point of contact and was friendly, helpful & communicative. When I raised concerns, they were acted on. As for the sale process, I can't praise them highly enough. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Getting the sale across the line was immensely stressful due to solicitors and difficulties with the chain. Carly and Jardian at Northwood not only put up with my angst like champions, they went to bat on my behalf time and time again. Above and beyond! There's a part of me that honestly misses talking to them every day!

Northwood Basingstoke have provided an exceptional lettings service of my property under Carly for the past 8 years. They couldn't do enough including the small touches like giving us a care package when we collected the keys. They really helped to make the stressful experience of moving, less stressful. Credit where its Due I've been in the property business in the Basingstoke/Reading area for 47 years, yes that's right we first started letting property in early 1977. As you can imagine I have had "some" experience of dealing with agents for buying, selling and letting over the years, so I believe I have earned the right to comment. I have been using Northwoods in Basingstoke since about 2019 when I moved all of our rental properties to them having exhausted my patience with several other agents for a multitude of reasons. Since then I have found the Northwoods staff to be very professional, helpful and honest in all my dealings with them. In that five years plus I have never had any issue that couldn't be discussed and cleared up, as you would expect in any business relationship. In addition, to date I have not had any complaint from any of my tenants, with whom I keep good clear lines of communication and so would know very quickly if a tenant had a problem. All I can say to Northwoods Basingstoke is; Keep up the good work, you're doing a first class job.
