Credit where its Due I've been in the property business in the Basingstoke/Reading area for 47 years, yes that's right we first started letting property in early 1977. As you can imagine I have had "some" experience of dealing with agents for buying, selling and letting over the years, so I believe I have earned the right to comment. I have been using Northwoods in Basingstoke since about 2019 when I moved all of our rental properties to them having exhausted my patience with several other agents for a multitude of reasons. Since then I have found the Northwoods staff to be very professional, helpful and honest in all my dealings with them. In that five years plus I have never had any issue that couldn't be discussed and cleared up, as you would expect in any business relationship. In addition, to date I have not had any complaint from any of my tenants, with whom I keep good clear lines of communication and so would know very quickly if a tenant had a problem. All I can say to Northwoods Basingstoke is; Keep up the good work, you're doing a first class job.
