"I leased my flat through..."

I leased my flat through Northwood's guaranteed rent scheme for about seven years before selling it through Northwood. There were a few glitches early on in the rental period with receiving monthly statements but these were resolved when Northwood switched to a better provider. Otherwise, I can't really fault them. Beth was my main point of contact and was friendly, helpful & communicative. When I raised concerns, they were acted on. As for the sale process, I can't praise them highly enough. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Getting the sale across the line was immensely stressful due to solicitors and difficulties with the chain. Carly and Jardian at Northwood not only put up with my angst like champions, they went to bat on my behalf time and time again. Above and beyond! There's a part of me that honestly misses talking to them every day!
