We have just bought our first home and had a fantastic experience with the staff at Northwood Basingstoke, in particular Jessica, Jardine and Carly. They couldn't do enough including the small touches like giving us a care package when we collected the keys. They really helped to make the stressful experience of moving, less stressful. Really lovely people.
