We had a complex and challenging move and Matt and his team worked extremely hard throughout the entire process. I'm so glad we decided to give Brockenhurst a try. After being sat on the market for along time with nothing happening, and having had a very stressful year. We decided to switch to Brockenhurst. The team are fantastic I love that after the initial meeting with Matt his team then came to see our property too and chat with us. It meant that they all had the same information and whoever would be doing the viewing knew about our house. They are an incredibly enthusiastic and passionate team who all work very hard to sell your home. We had lots of viewings coming through the door finally, and we were kept informed throughout. When we reached the two week mark Matt sat down with us to discuss were we where with things. I think this is great, as it keeps the communication between yourselves and the estate agent, and gives you a realistic view of things and gets everyone on the same page. More importantly Brockenhurst sold our house pretty quickly and stayed enthusiastic throughout the whole process. They were very driven and hard working. After a very difficult time for us we are finally feeling the excitement of moving again. Thankyou so much Matt, Sarah and Bayleigh. We really appreciated the excellent service your company gave us selling our family home. We had timely feedback and was kept in the loop regarding all the viewings at all times, all the team did an excellent job. I would also add that Dawn was brilliant at keeping us informed of the progress of the sale and was instrumental in getting information and chasing up solicitors for us, without her I don’t think the sale would have progressed as quickly as we needed it to done.
