Natalie is incredibly helpful and dedicated and always kept us in the loop which I was so thankful for. I genuinely believe that without all of her efforts and chasing she did on our behalf to overcome the obstacles we faced I don’t think the purchase would’ve gone through when it did. Belvoir Basingstoke took over the management of this property I was renting from another letting company. I found them to be helpful, friendly and professional in all my dealings with them. I have recently moved out from this property and Shahida who carried out the checkout was extremely thorough and professional throughout, and paid me a great compliment in the condition I had left the property, resulting in a full refund of my deposit. I wouldn’t hesitate in renting through them again
