Myself and my partner recently had to leave our current property due to a pest infestation. (Not rented though Belvoir) We had been searching for a new property to rent however all other estate agents were not very helpful due to advertising a property and letting it out within 24 hours due to allowing people to put holding deposits down without viewing first. This made it impossible for us to find somewhere as we knew we had to view a house before renting. We saw Belvoir were advertising a house that we liked the look of and much to our delight it was Tracy who met us at the property so that we could view it. We had rented through Belvoir back in 2018 and were quite certain that we wanted to rent with them again as they were incredibly professional and friendly the first time round. We didn't expect Tracy to remember us from 2 years ago however as soon as we arrived she recognised us straight away. Unfortunately we did not like the property which was frustrating for us as we really wanted to rent with Belvoir. 1 week later we saw that they were advertising another property which we enquired about. Tracy met us at the property the next day and this time round we loved the house. Tracy told us exactly what steps we needed to take in regards to securing the property and how to go about this with the staff in the office. Every time I have phoned the office I have been treated with such respect and professionalism. We are ever so pleased to be with Belvoir again it feels like we are 'coming home'. I also would like to mention Kate and Laura who have been so helpful with our reference checks and have guided us both though the whole process from start to finish. I really can not recommend Belvoir enough and all the lovely people who work there. Thank you for finding us a home when we needed it the most :)
