I can only start this review by saying that Tracey from Belvoir is a real asset without any doubt! We had a viewing booked with her and we were pleasantly surprised when we meet her and saw how nice she was. Everything went nice and smooth and she explained everything we needed to know about the process and what that involves. Really pleased with her and really glad we met her .

I have been under the care of Belvoir lettings for about a good year and a half. Previously we were under a different agency who left us in the dirt constantly having to fix our own issues most of the time, we weren't even informed that Belvoir was taking over until Belvoir themselves told us. However since we have been under their care i can only sing praises especially Jo who carries out our inspections and is always friendly and proffesional aldo Kate whi has managed the rent payments very efficiently. Without making this too long i just want to thank the aformentioned for such great service is truly a pleasure on our side to be managed by such a great team hopefully for many years more. First Class Service from start to finish

Belvoir lettings team have been managing our houses for over 10 years and I can highly recommend their super efficiency and professionalism in all area. We have enjoyed, and continue to do so, worry free letting. When we decided to sell, the sales team was the obvious choice. The sales team, Jamie in particular, gave excellent advice on our individual needs and requirements, showed superb professionalism, kept us informed every step of the way to a successful sale. Given the current situation, that was no men feat. Thank you Belvoir - we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have just purchased a property through Belvoir who we can not fault as an estate agents. We sold a property through another estate agents who didn't return phone calls or update with any details, whereas Belvoir would regularly update and keep us informed right through the process to the end. I have let property via Belvoir at Basingstoke for over 14 years, and I can't praise their lettings team highly enough. Their full property management service is very good value for money - any issues are always flagged promptly, they communicate very well, they have good backup teams of contractors to provide repairs and refurbishments should the need arise, and they are excellent at attracting new tenants when a tenancy ends. They are a pleasure to deal with, and they have the knowledge to be able to provide the best advice to their landlords.

Belvoir have managed our properties since 2011. They manage them as though they were their own, from careful tenant selection, regular updates on the care of the property, advice on maintenance and always seeking the best value for money from contractors brought in for repairs. I have only praise for them; outstanding.

Recently I have rented out a property from Belvoir agency Basingstoke and I found it very helpful, professional and friendly staff members. Tracey, who provided with us viewing in was very friendly and had a professional attitude. Abi, who has done administration processes and she has answered with confidence for each question what we had about property, payments and contract. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and professional. In generally all communication was amazing with promptly answers and everything prepared for us to moved in.
