From advice, to finding tenants, to managing the letting making life for us landlords hassle free. They have ensured we have kept up our legal obligations and kept a close eye on our property ensuring the tenants use the property within the terms of the letting agreement. Obviously this service comes at a tax deductible cost which is well worth it. We were with a different agent for a short while before Belvoir and this showed us how important it is to have the right team promoting your business. Definitely recommend.

Unstinting and knowledgeable.

I had a problem with a tenant who had left damage to my property when they left. The Belvoire agent advised me what I could and could not claim for and completed the paper work on my behalf. He then applied for a refund from the rent deposit. The Maintance department is a great support. If a tenant has a problem they call me immediately and let me know what the problem is. If necessary they will arrange for a local tradesman to fix the problem. Andrew, Michael and the entire staff are knowledgeable and always available. I couldn't give them all less than 5 stars!

Superb!

Belvoir rented our house out whilst we lived overseas for 4 years and did it great job of managing the property - from finding us good tenants to ensuring any repairs were done at value for money prices and by reliable contractors. Very happy with Agents

Belvoir were very quick to get onto our property and rent it out. We found everyone at the office very friendly, helpful, and willing to listen to us. At times of uncertainty about a prospective tenant they were very quick to ring us and ask our opinion. They seem to understand the market very well, and quickly found us a tenant. Thankfully they appear to be as concerned as we are about the tenants we have there, which really suits us.
