? Letting through Belvoir has been one of the most pleasant and happy experience. Right from setting up the rental to managing all the issues related to maintenance were managed quite professionally. Their application for logging the issues is quite effective and their turnaround time to get the contractor at the site and get those resolved have been always effective. I never had a single complaint about issue resolution on my rented property. However the real experience comes when one steps out of the property and the checkout process kicks in. I had my prior bad experiences and others known however I am really pleased and satisfied to share that Belvoir has continued their high standards of their service even till the end of the checkout process. They have been very fair in their assessment, represented the tenant quite nicely to the owner and that in the end has resulted into very satisfying and happy experience. #Jo, #Laura, #Sandra, #Kate #Abi #Kirsty and few others have all been very helpful from time to time over my 4 years tenancy period and I am very thankful to them for their great service and support. #Jo has been very kind and helpful in helping me through the end of tenancy expectations and related and am very much thankful to her for making this end of tenancy experience very pleasant and happy.
