Barons Estate Agents were the selling agents in our case. Trevor showed us around the property twice: we found him to be very engaging and professional. After having our offer accepted Joanna became the “progresser.” She responded quickly and helpfully to our many questions and efficiently coordinated the visit of our surveyor, as well as several other specialists: nothing was too much trouble to her. There were a number of difficulties with our purchase but Joanna worked very hard, in conjunction with our solicitor, in getting answers and pushing the sale to its final successful conclusion. I am giving this glowing 5 star review of a business I never chose, and who was technically working for someone else! Shocking. I have just completed on the purchase of a property, my first in the UK. The process was new to me. From the second I set foot in the house and was shown the property by Kayleigh, guided through the first stages of the purchase by her soon after, to going through the second half with Joanne, I am actually dumbfounded that people who have been hired to look after the sellers' best interest have also made ME feel looked after, guided and supported throughout. I am thrilled to have bought a beautiful new home, but if we sell, or anyone I know is looking for estate agents, I would not for a moment hesitate to recommend Parkers/Barons. I have heard many, many horror stories in home buying, but this team has truly taken the stress out of everything. Thank you thank you thank you!

That same office is still open and thriving at Winton Square in Basingstoke.
