We had to move address in May/June 2021 and having found a new address (being let by Robert Oulsnam) I enquired and was put in contact with the Barnt Green branch. Lydia Mace Moore came on board and her help was invaluable. Lydia has a professional but very personable disposition which made the back and forth between me and the new landlord so much easier thanks to Lydia's due dillagance. No question is too much for Lydia and she does it with humour. We have now moved and it's been smooth. Thank you Lydia!

We bought a house through RO&Co and were pleased with the level of support and engagement from the staff who were able to manage the whole process. They quickly dealt with our questions and concerns and acted as a negotiator between ourselves and the vendors not only on the sale price but also some of the issues raised during the surveys. In the expanding world of cheap, online, DIY estate agents RO&Co underlined every reason why you should still use a reliable, trusted and also experienced estate agent to manage arguably the most expensive transaction / purchase you will ever make. We will definitely consider and recommend RO&Co should we ever sell the property which we have just purchased.

Staff are ok
Put my house in the hands of their lettings department at a time when the market was supposed to be very strong for lettings. After agreeing a price and signing the documentation and an initial positive conversation- I then had zero contact and no response to several requests to change details on the listing such as changing the ‘no pets’ to attract more viewings, so I pulled my property from them, changed my plans due to this poor experience and losing faith in letting my property. ……and handed it to the Oulsman Rubery sales office who are brilliant
Website impossible to navigate!
Block viewing was organised at the house we currently reside at. We returned an hour into the block viewing of two hours; within that time, it seemed somebody (either the viewing rep, Peter, or one of the first four viewers) had helped themselves to the toilet and left the toilet seat up... I just hope whoever it was washed their hands! Appalling. What ever happened to professional etiquette? It's unreasonable to expect a resident's hospitality to extend to strangers viewing the property, or an agent they've never met before. --- UPDATE: Second viewing; similar behaviour displayed by a another viewing representative from this establishment, Paul R. On the way out, he nudged or kicked our shoes/slippers, likely to express annoyance of having been asked to remove his shoes (only to go upstairs). Regardless of how he felt about removing his shoes, physically interfering with our belongings (even in a minor way) is unprofessional behaviour for a viewing representative. ---
