Avoid this estate agent They list property even if its not ready to move in. Landlords try to contact you directly. Non professional /serious behaviour by the agents. They don't care about what you upto just want to make money legally or illegally. They tried to keep my holding deposit. Tried to charge me the money for references. When i complained PRS they gave me my money back. Clearly shows how they are doing business. Bussiness is all about customers they need to learn that. AVOID THEM OR BE READY FOR ANY SITUATION

BE CAREFULL WHEN BUYING PROPERTY FROM THIS ESTATE AGENT AS THEY SELL JOINTLY OWNED PROPERTIES BUT DONT ADVERTISE THE FACT. EVEN AFTER BEING INFORMED THAT PROPERTIES ARE INFACT OWNED BY OTHER MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY, DUE DILIGENCE NOT LOOKED AT OR OTHER OWNERS PROOF, THEY WILL JUST LEAVE IT TO THE SOLICITORS TO SORT.

Used a couple of their sites. Very poor indeed.

Treatment of tenants is appalling and requests ignored. Steer clear if you want your tenancy to run smoothly.

My partner and I arranged a viewing for a property on Moorsam Way, Bromsgrove last week which we viewed today. The property was lovely and the person who showed us around was also helpful. Unfortunately, we received a call as we were leaving the property to inform us that the property we had just viewed was not available as it had been let that morning. We spoke to the team twice during the day prior to the viewing, at which point we would have expected to be informed if this was the case. As it is, we have got our hopes up for a possibility that was already out of reach on arrival and left ourselves even more out of pocket having driven a 2 hour round trip to view the property with the current high price of fuel. We are both extremely disappointed, upset and shocked at the way this has been handled.

Communication hasn’t been great and still haven’t had my initial rental deposit back after 3 weeks

Terrible company to deal with!! They have caused us so much stress after renting a property from them. They ignore emails, don’t return your calls etc. Manager is rude and very unhelpful. Property let to us was filthy, full of damp and they left us without heating or hot water etc and appliances that didn’t work. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Renter, really poor service once we’ve moved into the property, seems like everything takes weeks to fix and a lot of chaser emails. This might not be the estate agents fault (might be landlord) but we receive 0 communication or updates. Our fence has been down for 2 weeks now and no reply

They are thieves. Don’t rent or buy a place with them. They don’t communicate. You have to chase and chase. zero customer services including their manager.
