After a few initial problems I was put in touch with Lydia Mace-Moore & Mark Anning at Olsnam who dealt with things moving forward. Both were really helpful and any questions I had, kept me in the loop with viewing requests and offered advice when needed.

We had to move address in May/June 2021 and having found a new address (being let by Robert Oulsnam) I enquired and was put in contact with the Barnt Green branch. Lydia Mace Moore came on board and her help was invaluable. Lydia has a professional but very personable disposition which made the back and forth between me and the new landlord so much easier thanks to Lydia's due dillagance.
