Oulsnams - and in particular Shelbi- were great, we sold our house and bought our new one through them. They were really fast at replying, very organised with everything and by far exceeded our expectations. I'd definitely use them again in future!

We recently bought our new home through Barnt Green Oulsnams and they were really supportive throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with on the team was great but Shelbi in particular was really helpful in answering all our queries and chasing up any delays. We were in a chain, so it was reassuring to know that someone was following things up with the other parties (I wasn't aware before but apparently solicitors can only deal with those 'one' above and below in a chain).
