Fantastic service from Lucy. We saw a few different estate agents. But by far Lucy was the stand out! Her knowledge and professionalism was unmatched.
Great Company - Great People throughout-
Thank you

Really positive experience with Webbers! The team was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the rental process. They were especially understanding and accommodating when we were delayed collecting our keys due to a road accident on moving day. We really appreciate their support and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

Webbers from the start were great very transparent on what was achievable but also listen to our thoughts and goals Connor was really good at listening and advising us throughout.
When we had to deal with Connor’s colleagues with viewings and phone calls I couldn’t fault there professional manner.
We had a fab sales progresser who was always on the end of the phone behind the scenes making sure we had a smooth sale for both parties involved this was a bonus!
We have been very lucky with a quick smooth sale and would highly recommend the branch ☺️
Reply from Webbers Estate Agents Barnstaple: A smooth sale is always a team effort, so your comments are particularly lovely to receive, Louise. Thank you for the five stars!
From Connor Davies taking the time to understand your goals and advise you honestly, through to the team handling viewings and calls professionally, it sounds like you experienced exactly the joined-up service we strive to provide at Webbers Barnstaple. Connor Davies is a Barnstaple local himself and brings that local knowledge to his role.
We also love that you mentioned the sales progression happening behind the scenes. Getting an offer agreed is one milestone, but keeping a property sale moving smoothly towards completion is just as important.
For anyone looking to sell their home in Barnstaple or needing advice on the North Devon property market, our local team supports sellers across Barnstaple and the wider EX31 and EX32 areas.
We’re delighted everything came together quickly for you. Thank you for putting your trust in Webbers and for recommending the branch.

We used Webber’s in Barnstaple to sell our house in Bratton Fleming, also bought a bungalow in the village through Webber’s, Lucy and all the team were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble, we recommended Webber’s to a friend in our street and she was equally impressed with the great service from the team
The team at Webbers in Barnstaple acted for us not only in a professional way, but also showed a kind and personal approach to their interactions. Our sale and purchase both suffered loss of chain issues, but the team kept things moving until we reached the positive outcome we are very pleased with. Special mentions to Sophie, who was our main contact when placing our home on the market, Jake who kept things moving throughout, and Val who progressed the chain towards exchange and completion. We are very happy to recommend Webbers as a trusted Estate Agents in North Devon.
