Webbers from the start were great very transparent on what was achievable but also listen to our thoughts and goals Connor was really good at listening and advising us throughout. When we had to deal with Connor’s colleagues with viewings and phone calls I couldn’t fault there professional manner. We had a fab sales progresser who was always on the end of the phone behind the scenes making sure we had a smooth sale for both parties involved this was a bonus! We have been very lucky with a quick smooth sale and would highly recommend the branch ☺️
Reply from Webbers Estate Agents Barnstaple: A smooth sale is always a team effort, so your comments are particularly lovely to receive, Louise. Thank you for the five stars!
From Connor Davies taking the time to understand your goals and advise you honestly, through to the team handling viewings and calls professionally, it sounds like you experienced exactly the joined-up service we strive to provide at Webbers Barnstaple. Connor Davies is a Barnstaple local himself and brings that local knowledge to his role.
We also love that you mentioned the sales progression happening behind the scenes. Getting an offer agreed is one milestone, but keeping a property sale moving smoothly towards completion is just as important.
For anyone looking to sell their home in Barnstaple or needing advice on the North Devon property market, our local team supports sellers across Barnstaple and the wider EX31 and EX32 areas.
