I recently sold my house with Webbers in Barnstaple, and the whole team were great from start to finish. They took exceptional photos to present the property at its very best and were highly effective in managing negotiations. Although the first sale fell through (through no fault of Webbers), they handled the situation well—relisting promptly, communicating clearly, and securing another offer within a week of going back on the market. Sarah, the sales progressor, was outstanding. She worked hard to chase solicitors and others in the chain, remained calm throughout the initial setback, and ultimately helped bring the sale to a successful conclusion within three months of remarketing. I appreciate that experiences with estate agents can vary, and much depends on how well the whole team works together. In this case, their coordination and flexibility really stood out. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would be more than happy to use Webbers again.

Jamie has been the best estate agent I’ve used by far. He took care of everything, kept me informed all the way, chased things up when needed, did all the viewings & has been an absolute star. He’s always either answered his phone or called me straight back if I’ve had any queries. I’d definitely recommend him if anyone is thinking of selling. Big thanks Jamie!

Connor took exceptional photos, he was respectful of the house and marketed it to make it look its very best. He was fast to get it on the market and it was live within an day. Our house had offers within 24 hours! Jake helped to manage the negotiations really well. He listened to what we wanted and communicated to all parties helping us to get over asking price. Once we had an offer accepted we were paired up with Sarah, the sales progressor, who helped to chase solicitors and other parties in the chain. This was brilliant as it helped to get the sale moving without the stress on us. It took only 3 months from start to finish to sell our property. Overall, we are so pleased with the service we received and would recommend to anyone.
