Webbers were enlisted to sell a no chain bungalow in July 2019. It sold within days of going on the market. Sale fell through in September as buyer didnt have sufficient funds & it took 3 months for Webbers to find this out? Sold again for asking price also fairly quickly after initial sale collapse. Sale fell through in February 2020 - 5+ months after offer was accepted. If you really want to complete a sale i wouldn’t recommend Webbers. UPDATE : ITS TAKEN 8 MONTHS FOR WEBBERS TO RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL ......

Absolutely awful company. We moved out of one of their properties in November. It's now 5 months on and they are saying we owe money. Even though we paid everything and got our deposit back. Dreadful

Reply from Webbers Estate Agents Barnstaple: Dear Michael We are surprised at your comments. You will recall that after you vacated deductions were made from your deposit to address some end-of-tenancy issues that we identified. The remainder of your deposit was transferred to you and the matter closed. We are not seeking any further monies from you can so can’t explain your comments, unless there is a misunderstanding and you are referring to an older email. You are welcome to call us to discuss this if you wish: 01271 347897.

When it comes to progressing a sale, incompetent and lazy are the words that spring to mind. Almost no effort made to close the sale, had to do all the work ourselves.
