After using two other estate agents during the sale of my late parents' bungalow – one local and one national – I decided to give EweMove a try. Unfortunately, my experience with the national agent (named after a South African deer!) was disappointing, so it was refreshing when Tom came to value the property and immediately demonstrated a professional, knowledgeable and helpful approach. The sale was not without its challenges, including one buyer pulling out, but we finally exchanged contracts today. Throughout the entire process, Tom and the EweMove team have been outstanding. Their communication has been excellent, whether through WhatsApp, email or telephone, and I was always kept informed of progress and next steps. Selling a family home after losing my parents was an emotional experience, but Tom and the team made the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
