I just wanted to give you some feedback on Chris. He did property viewings with me last Thursday, where we did five viewings. We did another 13 viewings with four more agents over the next two days (we have an urgent need to move). Chris was by far and away the best agent we dealt with. He was thoroughly prepared, and knew the details of each property inside out. He was personable, and took real time to understand what I was looking for. When arranging a second viewing with him for one of the properties, he was quick, responsive and flexible. He was just a joy to work with! Unfortunately, the property that we have decided to go for happens to be with another agent - but if I could have chosen anyone to rent through, it would be Chris. I spoke to him today to explain, and again, he's been professional, helpful in keeping options open, and just generally lovely. In an industry where agents can have a bad name, I wish there were more like Chris. He was a superstar and I hope he gets the recognition for doing such a good job. Many Thanks, Lisa
