Excellent Letting Team
I just wanted to give you some feedback on Chris. He did property viewings with me last Thursday, where we did five viewings. We did another 13 viewings with four more agents over the next two days (we have an urgent need to move). Chris was by far and away the best agent we dealt with. He was thoroughly prepared, and knew the details of each property inside out. He was personable, and took real time to understand what I was looking for. When arranging a second viewing with him for one of the properties, he was quick, responsive and flexible. He was just a joy to work with! Unfortunately, the property that we have decided to go for happens to be with another agent - but if I could have chosen anyone to rent through, it would be Chris. I spoke to him today to explain, and again, he's been professional, helpful in keeping options open, and just generally lovely. In an industry where agents can have a bad name, I wish there were more like Chris. He was a superstar and I hope he gets the recognition for doing such a good job.

Outstanding service and superbly professional
I recently sold a house through Marsh & Parsons and found their service flawless. Clear, open discussion about value at the outset, transparent, efficient, and to the point. I felt informed throughout, and I also felt that no games were being played: they were clearly on the side of the client. Highly recommended.

Excellent sales experience through M&P SW13
Dear Sam & team,, I wanted to express our thanks on the sale of our house. Being able to convince someone that you are the right person to select for the sale of one of their largest assets is important of course, but maintaining that through out the process until closure is what makes the difference. You ‘understood’ our selling situation and were communicative throughout the whole process. Despite tough markets this year we both feel we got the best deal we were looking for (namely a fair price but with the least amount of hassle). We are now able to proceed with our lives in Suffolk and build the family home we have always wanted. Helping us get to this point is what we are grateful for. Thank you (and the team). I would have no hesitation in recommending any of our friends in Barnes to use you and M&P in the future.

Great service and an enthusiastic and skilled team
Sophie and her superb Lettings team found wonderful tenants for our house in Barnes very quickly and achieved a very good rental income. Later, when we decided to sell, Samuel and the Sales team did an excellent job in finding a buyer and negotiating an acceptable price. The sale went very smoothly and it only took five weeks from acceptance to completion. A big thank you to all at the Barnes office!
