Was very impressed with the whole team from the beginning. From being shown the property by Shelly (very personable, knowledgeable and honest) to completion which was very efficiently and competently handled by Tracy. She called with updates very regularly, which were very welcome and very reassuring. When Tracy was on leave, Andrew (the boss) stepped in. He had clearly been fully briefed, and continue expediting the sale and also kept us fully updated. Even on completion day, Shellys calendar was cleared all afternoon so she could personally deliver the keys and congratulate us. Lovely touch. If we had known how good they were we had have also sold through them.

Yes, the chain proved to be a little challenging - having your house ready to go for some time and chasing estate agents across the country for updates and information is sometimes what's needed to get the result and thank you also for your patience whilst the sales in the chain caught up.
