Tracy has been so helpful and kind, from making enquiries on my behalf, liaising with other estate agents and solicitors and keeping me informed of how things were progressing. She would probably say it's her job ,but I believe she has gone over and above to reassure me through what was for me , a bit of a stressful time. I had a wonderful experience with assistance that I got from Benjamin and Stuart when we were looking for a house to rent. When I went for viewing I was with my work colleague and she outrightly said Ben also assisted her in getting a house. Ben has a good heart and he is able to listen to people concerns and could identify those who are in need and assist. Jenni is a credit to that company she has been brilliant from start to finish. The extra work she has put in to push the solicitors in the chain was invaluable, without her it would be dragging on without a date. Sometimes i had more updates than I got from the solicitor.
