I went for a house viewing and the guy was late which was fine but I wasn’t made aware, the house looked nothing like the photos and when we went inside there were dirty stained mattresses on the floor, old food on the kitchen sides and pasta in the upstairs bathroom sink. It wasn’t checked before to see if it was ready for viewing and when I emailed the agency to thank them for showing me but I will have to leave it because of these issues I was ignored, not one apology.

We have a good service with north wood Banbury before. Now there is a lady called marina she is very rude and customer service is very bad. I talk with before holly and Monica staff they are very helpful and guiding as properly. I never expect this from northwood . Please give a good customer service to people they need help. Her rude way of talking is hurt for us.

Utterly disappointing. After providing all details asked for and filling out some forms was told would be emailed about setting up a viewing nothing happened. sent multiple emails, called them, due a call back, never happened, 10 days without a single email or phone call

I only wish I could give 0 stars. Called and spoke to a lady with really poor English but eventually managed to book a viewing for today. Arrived at the right place and time to find a tenant who had no idea of the viewing. Total waste of time and petrol. Called Northwood who queried whether I had actually called them (check my phone log - it wasn’t a dream). God knows what they hadn’t managed to do but I wasn’t asking a lot. Why can’t companies be remotely professional any more?

I used to have brilliant serive with northwoods. been with them for best part of 4 to 5 years. However since the change over in team, they have been nothing but unhelpful and appalling. originally I gave nortwoods 5 starts, they are lucky to get 1 now
