Over the past few years in rentals, we have dealt with many of Banbury's estate agents. I can honestly say that dealing with Northwood has undoubtably been the best experience we've had. We have received a personable service and I believe that Sam and her team genuinely care about matching tenants with landlords. Unlike the attitudes of number of other estate agents who are more "If you don't take it someone else will" and whose selling and customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. I would 100% recommend Nothwood to anyone who is looking to let/buy/sell a property as the service and communication we have received has been second to none.

Referencing was so simple!!

Northwood are a great team, Manisha especially was just brilliant- couldn’t fault her service. There was a slight delay on collecting keys on moving day but not Manisha’s fault. 5 stars for Manisha but 4 star overall for the slight inconvenience on moving day.

I went for a house viewing and the guy was late which was fine but I wasn’t made aware, the house looked nothing like the photos and when we went inside there were dirty stained mattresses on the floor, old food on the kitchen sides and pasta in the upstairs bathroom sink. It wasn’t checked before to see if it was ready for viewing and when I emailed the agency to thank them for showing me but I will have to leave it because of these issues I was ignored, not one apology.

We have a good service with north wood Banbury before. Now there is a lady called marina she is very rude and customer service is very bad. I talk with before holly and Monica staff they are very helpful and guiding as properly. I never expect this from northwood . Please give a good customer service to people they need help. Her rude way of talking is hurt for us.

Utterly disappointing. After providing all details asked for and filling out some forms was told would be emailed about setting up a viewing nothing happened. sent multiple emails, called them, due a call back, never happened, 10 days without a single email or phone call
