Wow! Wanting to downsize and having had dire experiences of Estate Agents in the past, I wasn't sure whether to use an online agent. After a couple of conversations with local High Street agents in which it appeared to be "same old, same old" I decided online was the way to go. Then I noticed a new Estate agent had opened in Banbury, so I thought I had nothing to lose by checking them out. I made an appointment for Sam and Renee to view my house and within 20 minutes I knew that I wouldn't be using an online agent. I was blown away firstly by how genuinely friendly they were (no Estate agents' smarmy talk here!) and I was hugely impressed with the knowledge and expertise they had, including the best way to showcase my property, based on statistical evidence. They made me look at my own house through fresh eyes. It gave me real confidence that I was definitely doing the right thing by putting the marketing of my house with Northwood. More importantly though I felt that they had a genuine passion for selling houses, and for being the best in the field by combining expertise in selling property with good old fashioned Customer service and honest communication. So far they knock spots off the other agents! I really feel that this is a new company that has a fresh new approach. I think they deserve every success.

Over the past few years in rentals, we have dealt with many of Banbury's estate agents. I can honestly say that dealing with Northwood has undoubtably been the best experience we've had. We have received a personable service and I believe that Sam and her team genuinely care about matching tenants with landlords. Unlike the attitudes of number of other estate agents who are more "If you don't take it someone else will" and whose selling and customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. I would 100% recommend Nothwood to anyone who is looking to let/buy/sell a property as the service and communication we have received has been second to none.

Northwood are a great team, Manisha especially was just brilliant- couldn’t fault her service. There was a slight delay on collecting keys on moving day but not Manisha’s fault. 5 stars for Manisha but 4 star overall for the slight inconvenience on moving day.
