We switched to Northwood after a very poor experience with an alternative Banbury estate agent. The change in professionalism, responsiveness and doing what was promised was dramatic. I rented my previous place from Northwood. As a tenant it was refreshing to have a property management team who were friendly, responsive, and always reasonable. Communication between the owner of the property and us was always prompt and major issues were always dealt with quickly and with minimal inconvenience.

I have recently put my house on the market with Northwood and have been highly impressed with the professionalism of the team. The Photographer that came to take pictures of the property was very professional and has done a great job. They have kept me updated with everything so far and I highly recommend them.
