We switched to Northwood after a very poor experience with an alternative Banbury estate agent. The change in professionalism, responsiveness and doing what was promised was dramatic. Northwood quickly found the correct buyers without putting every general enquirer through our house. As we were moving to a new build the sale process took some time. Sam was instrumental in keeping the long chain intact, over several months, despite a number of challenges arising for us and other members of the chain. I rented my previous place from Northwood. As a tenant it was refreshing to have a property management team who were friendly, responsive, and always reasonable.
