Estate agents often have a bad reputation but dealing with Jonathan at Northwood was more like having a friend helping you to sell your house. I initially got a quote from Northwood several years ago but decided not to proceed. When I did come to sell I got quotes from several agents but none had the energy and keenness that I remembered Jonathan showing several years before so I was pleased to find he still worked at Northwood when I contacted them. The house was marketed quickly and the photos and video tour were wonderful. Some agents just put together a slideshow and call it a video but Jonathan gave a full walkthrough, something I consider essential in these difficult times of coronavirus. Viewings were arranged professionally and all carried out accompanied by the agent in a Covid-safe manner. Constructive feedback was given promptly after each viewing. I can't review from a buyers perspective but I believe each viewing was conducted well and with effort to sell the property and thankfully I didn't have to wait too long for a buyer. The agents' fees are fair and pretty much standard for the area and I would not hesitate to use Northwood again.

The Northwood team somehow manage in a crisis situation and really limited by time to be helpful and understand the whole conjunction of my needs. They understood what were major points to find a key place and affordable one that would become my first home in England. They put all the knowledge they have to bring some other extra support to make my living existence pleasant and comfortable.
