The valuation and detail creating process were incredibly professional. They managed to get me a buyer almost immediately and when that buyer had unexpected issues with their chain and couldn't proceed they found me another one very quickly for the full asking price. Throughout the process Jonathan and the team were very proactive in keeping me updated and chasing up both sets of solicitors, and in many cases going above and beyond when there were issues and holdups with them to get things moving again.
