Difficult property sold in super short time!

I tried to sell a one-of-a-kind property in Eynsham, a 5 bedroom converted Church with another local agent, and was forced to give up after no offers in over a year! Tried again with Abbey Properties. Mervyn suggested the right price and techniques. Five viewings in the first 2 weeks leading to an offer at the asking price.
