Abbey Properties - Eynsham

Review of Property Management Agent: Adam Adam has been lovely over my 2 years renting with Manning Stainton. With quick responses throughout my tenancy, easy to reach and always happy to help. I don't think I've had a better estate agent contact in the last 7 years of renting. Thanks Adam!

Mervyn and Amy were an essential component in our quest to return to Eynsham. When we hit a frustrating and lengthy delay in the chain (which was not Abbey Properties' fault), Mervyn was able to reassure us that all was well. Moving house is such a stressful process and it was great to know they were on our side. It feels so great to be back in Eynsham!

The best estate agent in Eynsham. We consulted several estate agents before putting the house up for sale and Abbey Properties was the clear winner. Do not hesitate to contact them. You will not be disappointed!

A big thank you to Mervyn and Amy who made the process of selling my house possible, not easy but possible.

Great local independent company

Mervyn and Amy have been consistently supportive, professional and ever available to answer my many questions throughout the process. They sold the house within a couple of days of it going on the market and saw me through any worries during the conveyancing process. I could not have asked for more. Thank you both.

No complaints here!

Amy and Mervyn have been very present and helpful for us as first time buyers. We felt in safe hands.

Mervyn and his team were extremely helpful during my recent property purchase through them. This is despite my using an abysmal online conveyancing company, and ending Completing at least three weeks late. Mervyn liaised between myself, the vendor, and his solicitor giving confidence and help to all as possible. A very friendly and professional Estate Agency!

A huge thank you to Mervyn and Amy who made the recent process of selling my house very easy. The whole experience was very smooth and professional. They kept me informed of how everything was progressing and if I needed to speak with them they were easy to get hold of and answered any of my questions quickly. Would highly recommend using Abbey Properties

My rental property was managed by Aishah from Manning Staintons. The tenants and I were super impressed by her efficiency in dealing with any issues. We were kept up to date with everything. I would like to thank her for her work and will not hesitate to use Manning Staintons in the future.

Review of Property Management Agent: Nicky Scales A heartfelt thank you for outstanding support and professionalism We have recently experienced an incredibly stressful period as landlords, spanning the last six months. Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with. Throughout this entire ordeal, our property management agent, Nicky Scales, has been nothing short of wonderful. Navigating the complexities of property law and tenant disputes can be overwhelming, but Nicky’s guidance made all the difference. She was always professional, patient, and exceptionally kind, gently leading us through every step and ensuring we felt supported and understood. Nicky’s expertise and dedication have been invaluable. She handled each challenge with remarkable composure and empathy, providing clear advice and reassurance when we needed it most. Her communication was prompt and thorough, making a daunting process far more manageable. We are truly grateful for her hard work and unwavering commitment to us. We wholeheartedly recommend Nicky Scales to anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate property management agent. Her professionalism and genuine care set her apart, and we feel very fortunate to have had her in our corner during such a difficult time.
