Rampton Baseley - Balham & Tooting

Overall a great experience. I really liked a lot of Rampton Baseley's listings. Especially as someone navigating this process for the first time, I have to say a big thank you to Elsa for providing great guidance throughout the exciting (but inevitably stressful) process! Elsa was full of information on the property, kindly assisted some extra viewings and helped mediate some of the communications.

We had a great experience with Rampton Baseley, particularly with our sales negotiator, Elsa. She took the time to get to know us and figure out our tastes, and she found a house that was perfect for us, we've just moved in and we're …

Best estate agency in town! Exceptional service.

John Lacey at Rampton Baseley got the job done well and we’re very grateful to him and all the Rampton team for all their hard work.

We have just completed on our house and John was with us every step of the way. He was very professional, friendly and communicative which made our purchasing experience much easier. We also loved the present he kindly put together for us at the end!

Henry Wood was outstanding during my purchase

I recently bought an apartment through Rampton Baseley. Their attention to detail around properties and the legal process was extremely helpful. In particular, Andy Austen was highly knowledgeable and transparent and provided very useful guidance. Highly recommended!

We recently completed on a house in Tooting. John and his colleagues at Rampton Basely were incredibly helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to any other potential buyers.

John Lacey has gone above and beyond during the sale of our property. Our sale has been complicated and John was the driving force to get it done. His tenacity and effective communication kept things moving and kept everyone on board. Thanks to all at RB who were involved along the way.

We bought from RB, they made the process straight forward and worked hard to ensure that the purchase went though in a timely manner. Thank you to John and the team.
