I received excellent service from @ramptonbaseley for the sale of our property in Balham. They were professional and efficient especially Elsa MccGwire who kept us fully updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend independent agency compared to using a national estate agent

We have recently acquired the property of our dreams after a very long searching and buying process where Liz and the RB team have supported us through the whole process with carefully chosen houses for viewings and great communication and management of both sides despite a complicated process. Would definitely recommend !!

What can I say! After 27 years in our home, moving on was somewhat daunting. John Lacey was our negotiator and contact and not only was he very professional, helpful and courteous (a good sense of humour was essential) he helped guide us through the process which, at times was challenging! Very importantly, John fully took on board our next move and purchase and went the extra mile to help us in this next chapter. Can't recommend him and Rampton Baseley enough. Worked with John at RB twice, purchasing and also selling. Both processes were handled very smoothly, felt personal and did not feel like we were being ‘sold to’. Importantly we felt as if we had the support and backing throughout the entire process on both sides. John also made some great recommendations on legal support which has been a massive help. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use RB again!
