Despite the fact that we put our house on the market at a relatively quiet time, Country Properties listed it at the price we wanted and then pulled out all the stops to get people through the door. There was a constant stream of viewers and within two weeks we had sold. We also bought our next property through them and they were extremely helpful with securing that for us. When we approached the exchange of contracts and all parties wanted different things, Sonia and Kerry were great at making sure everything progressed in the right direction and that everyone remained happy. We also used their solicitors who were fantastic throughout the whole process, giving us regular updates without us even asking for them and dealing with issues super fast.
