Horrible experience when renting , left house in great condition and they still continued to take the deposit. Money grabbing to say the least , staff behind the reception desk were heard when I was in blatantly bad mouthing tennants. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. After 5 months of not selling selling house, they want a £500 cancelling fee for NOT selling your home, this is after already paying them hundreds of pounds in marketing fees. Then block your own property on Rightmove to stop you from switching to a different agent. They then re-list the property that you have purchased from them as a new listing trying to sell to someone else. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Awful estate agents. Blatant lies from a deeply unprofessional office. I had to threaten legal action for them to stop their demands and insults. Money grabbing to say the least. Recommend you don't go anywhere near this bunch.

Shocking service, avoid at all costs

Donald Ross have to be the worst, most dishonest and unprofessional estate agents I have ever come across. Their staff and management are arrogant, sly and don't think twice about twisting the truth. There are far better estate agents out there who won't try to rip you off and do a far better job. Donald Ross should be ashamed of the way they do business.

We have arranged to view the farmhouse, the person who was showing us a house was young and had no clue about the property, he actually asked us what price of the property is at and what the listing description says while the lady on the phone said we’d have a person who can answer any questions about it. The house was said to be newly refurbished but in realty it was all dump with signs of slugs slime all over carpets, mould and insects, there was even poison present on the floor which looked like it was for either the slugs or rats. The floor in the kitchen was damaged with holes in it, while the sofas in the leaving room were dirty, dump and with mouldy bags under the sofas pillows. The garaged was also mouldy, smelled very badly and was cluttered with dirty and dump brick o brack. We were yet still interested in the property due to location and were willing to refurbish the interior fully, the person was showing us the property was supposed to call us with an update but after a longer while we decided to give the agency a call to enquiry about and got told the property has been taken by someone and it’s now gone. We are very disappointed and offended that no one gave us a wee call as we would have been waiting forever. One star because i can`t give 0

I've been renting from Donald Ross for the first time and it will be my last. The way the treat people is very wrong and the way they handle this is out of order I'd recommend you try any other place it will be 10x better there was a viewing at the property we was renting we are okay for anyone to come in and have a look firstly they didn't let us know when they're coming but we was still okay secondly when the agent came in he barged in my daughter stays unwell he really banged on the door and the way he spoke was out of order since then my daughter is scared of the door being knocked and we're in and out of the hospital since that time she's had a lot of sezuires ive told the agency but they didn't seem to bother or care which is inhumanity they're was being very racist and judging by the skin colour.

Absolutly appauling service getting evicted from our house for complaining about dampness issues,they ignore u once signed lease and dont care about health amd safety,terrible services,Do not use !!!!!!!!!!!
