Hello Amy Donald Ross do not take deposits, as you are fully aware the Government set up a tenant deposit scheme whereby a separate body holds the deposit and returns the deposit to the tenant (where it is due) if you did not receive your full deposit back that is because the panel decided that you did not fulfil your obligation to receive it in full.
