Feel like not to even give a star unfortunately can't review without a star the wors experience ever had in my life

Terrible service, arrogant an very unhelpful. My partner and I were going to rent a property through Donald Ross and paid our deposit but swiftly asked for it to be returned after they told us they will not proceed unless we pay £65 per person to conduct reference checks. This practice is illegal and they are the only letting agents I have ever dealt with that had attempted to do this. Avoid at all costs.
