This is my first time renting through Alexander and co, and I’ll say it was smooth from the start to finish. I would like to take a moment to highly recommend an exceptional letting manager who truly goes above and beyond in her role who goes by the name Mary. From the very beginning, she demonstrated outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and reassuring, making the entire letting process smooth and stress-free. What truly sets her apart is her approachable and friendly manner. She builds genuine relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who combines competence, dedication, and warmth so effortlessly. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and highly capable letting manager. Thank you once again Mary and to every one else who was involved in the letting process.
