This is now the second property I have dealt with Andy, and my first time dealing with Kristina from the Sales Progression Team, and once again the service was absolutely outstanding. Throughout the process there were several issues and delays, which were due to my own personal circumstances, but I honestly cannot thank Andy and Kristina enough for the patience, understanding and support they showed throughout. Rather than making things stressful, they took the time to help me navigate every step of the process and were always there to guide and reassure me. It was a pleasure dealing with RMA this week, especially our property manager, Farhan. Our tenants reported a few maintenance issues which, in my experience with other agencies, usually take a long time to resolve. I'm quite surprised by the negative reviews as my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent (moved into their property recently). Emily, who is responsible for this property, is very friendly, responds to questions and requests immediately, and is super helpful in general. Quite a few things were not ideal and they got addressed right away. In fact, things got fixed of which I wasn't even aware that they were broken. So far, I'm super happy with RMA!
