This was my first time renting a property through an agent, and I had an excellent experience with RMA. From the initial home viewing with Holly, who was friendly and informative, to the seamless handover and support from Silas Singh, the Letting Administrator—everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Silas was especially helpful and responsive throughout the process, which made the whole experience stress-free. I was also really impressed with the cleanliness of the property when I moved in—it was spotless and clearly well-prepared for new tenants. A big thank you to the RMA team for making my first rental experience such a positive one!
