The best housing Estate Agency in the area. I had a premium experience with Michael Anthony Aylesbury for the last few months. The whole team provided first-class service with their top-tier expertise. Their branch manager Mr Andrew Kerr was exceptional. I was dealing with a few agents at the time, all the others wanted and cared was selling me a house, they made me feel like they clearly didn't care which house, as long as I chose one. One of them actually asked me to just make a decision when I made it clearly that I would like to book another viewing with my friend to get her opinion on it. I was not very impressed. Andrew came in at the right time. He obviously did his homework on gathering all the information about what I need and what I was looking for from his colleagues, (I have to say here that all the staff I dealt with from Michael Anthony Aylesbury never made me feel like I was pushed or rushed into any decisions, they showed me the houses I asked to view then leave it to me to decide as they understand how important it is for me to find my ideal home), he emailed me this house, we booked the viewings, they even accommodated my last minute bookings, at the time, me and my friend was waiting for a confirmation to see another property but didn't get it so I called Michael Anthony, asking to see this house instead. And that was what changed the whole direction. My friend was very impressed with this house. I had little doubts but luckily I had another viewing booked right the next day. I viewed it again with my boyfriend and all my doubts cleared. Andrew showed us this time, his luxury approach made me feel understood and truly listened for for the first time. He was very professional. He kept clear communication between us. He gave me constant updates and was transparent throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he was always available when I needed, I could just call him and he will explain things to me until I was satisfied. Andrew has got great communication skills and he was also very open and honest about everything. I was always kept in the loop. I was also very impressed at how incredibly responsive they are as a team. Everyone was ready to act quickly and got me the immediate updates I needed throughout the whole process. They have been very efficient from start to finish. I'm waiting to move into my new house soon and I am very grateful for Andrew and the whole team at Michael Anthony Aylesbury.
