Rachel Pattison has been extremely helpful to me. She’s explained everything about letting my home in an easy and understandable way. She’s responded to my emails within 24 hours. Rachel is pleasant and helpful. I feel looked after by her, this is my first time of letting a property and I currently feel like I’m in good hands.
