Nothing but impressive. I had several options of estate agent to use when selling my property in May 26. An initial visit from Ryder and Dutton ( and others) left me with a clear choice of who i wanted to handle the sale. The initial visit by the branch Manager ( Matthew Clayton) was professional and filled me with confidence , equally recognising the realistic potential i could sell the property at. Further visits for viewing and photographs were all coordinated efficiently by Mitchell Cust , leaving me feeling i was in good hands. The proof was also in the pudding, as an offer was received the day after a bulk viewing was arranged. I would 110% recommend Ryder and Dutton if you want to sell your house quickly and with the assurances you have a great team handling the sale of your property . Ryder and Dutton Ashton have been amazing to work with and helped secure a buyer very quickly for us. Kirsten Woodhead was really helpful and professional as were the rest of the staff I dealt with. The manager Matthew Clayton took superb photographs and the writeup on Rightmove was very impressive. It didn’t take long to find a buyer so I would highly recommend the team at Ashton if you want to market your property with a very professional agent.

Kirsten was great. She was always there to update me through a very long and stressful house sale. Kirsten chased the buyer and her sollicitors constantly for me, as at times I was unsure if it would ever happen - 7 months in total. Kirsten also supported me when I lost the flat I was purchasing, while awaiting my buyers finances to be resolved. This was due to Mike Tierney Estate Agents in Stalybridge, who proceeded to put the flat back on the market - (avoid at all costs). Despite everything going through as advised. Not sure why !!! We completed on Friday 13th March - thanks to Robin for her support on the day, as the buyers sollicitors went AWOL, so we didn't complete until 4pm. Kisten got to know me so well through the process, and was always at the other end of the phone, for support and reassurance.
