We have just bought our first house, which was up for sale with Ryder & Dutton in Ashton. We had a long long struggle due to the current COVID situation, with delays along the way, at every stage. The one part of the puzzle that was completely faultless was Ryder and Dutton! Evie was our contact and she literally kept on top of EVERYONE and EVERYTHING, including both solicitors, the vendor, and was always one step ahead of me. Evie returned my countless email and telephone queries super quick, and helped me get over every hurdle along the way. We cannot thank Ryder and Dutton enough, especially Evie!
Reply from Ryder and Dutton: Thank you for the 5* review, Sophie. I’m so happy for you now that you have moved in to your first home. Purchasing a property during the pandemic did cause some delays, but we were able to overcome these relatively smoothly. All the best for the future from Evie and the team at Ryder & Dutton.
