My experience of obtaining a mortgage through the mortgage advice bureau has been Excellent, John butterworth guided me through the neccasary processes needed to obtain a mortgage whilst making sure to explain all my options in detail. The mortgage offer I received was tailored to suite my individual needs and finances. As a first time buyer the advice I received from John was invaluable and helped take a huge mental weight off my shoulders; knowing that I was getting the best deal. After securing my mortgage I was transferred to Lynn Hughes, whose communication was excellent, as somebody who works away from home, this was vital to keep me informed and help keep the mortgage process moving at a fast pace, she also kept my solicitor and estate agents informed, making sure that nobody was left out of the loop as to what was going on. In sumarry, I highly recommend both John Butterworth and Lynn Hughes, they helped make a stressful time so much easier and are a credit to the mortgage advice bureau. I will be recommending them to friends and family.
