5 Stars don’t do the Ashford team justice! Their experience, charm and knowledge of the Ashford house market make the often difficult and confusing process of finding your next home a joy. I’m going rouge here and awarding them a well earned 6th star! Update - I have now moved from Ashford and would like to thank Patience and Neil for there help with the process of room handover and the return of my deposit.

Professional and helpful team at the Ashford branch. A bit of a rocky start when first moving in due to circumstances beyond their control, but Patience dealt with this as well as she could have to get me moved in ASAP. Any issues (of which there were few) with the flat during my tenancy were sorted out expediently by the team. Would definitely get in touch with them again if ever moving back to Ashford and need a place to rent.
