A huge thank you to The Northwood Ashford team, selling our house under the conditions we faced was tough but made so much easier thanks to the effort and support given by Gavin. Also, the rental agreement offered by Northwood i can not fault their service and value for money fees! I would highly recommend their services and hopefully use them again if needed in the future. Thanks a mill!!

Can honestly say the staff at northwood are amazing, especially Gavin! Gavin went above and beyond to selling my property, it took a while due to some shared equity within the property but he always kept me in the loop every step of the way. Would definitely recommend and use them again :)

Northwood were the last of 5 estate agents to come and value our home and we couldn't of made a better choice. Mark carried out the valuation and we knew very quickly that we were going to chose Northwood to sell our house. Mark was very thorough and had an incredible understanding of the property market. He was friendly, professional and of course spot on! Gavin then took care of the viewings and sale. He maintained regular contact with us throughout and kept us up to date with everything. We had every faith in Gavin and he never let us down. We would 100% use Northwood again in the future and cannot recommend them enough. Extremely professional and accommodating when moving in to a flat in Folkestone. The maintenance man also was very helpful in sorting any minor issues we had.
