Mark from Northwood was a breath of fresh air when selling my properties, Unlike other estate agents I have had the misfortune to deal with. Mark was polite personable and best of all I felt he was acting on my behalf and in my interests not his own. My experience is that Northwood is a trustworthy estate agents with integrity, rare in this day and age and rarer in this field.

My experience dealing with Northwood has been fantastic. I was selling my property and buying another. Northwood was dealing with the property that I was buying and certain things were being held up on the other side in regards to the selling of my property, this had nothing to do directly with Northwood but the agent Gavin got things moving when the deal was at a stalemate. Gavin went out of his way to get the deal done. Gavin has been a pleasure to work with, he made the whole thing bearable when I thought it might fall through. I was kept in the loop by him at all stages, he was professional, polite and easy to speak to, keeping me sane though the whole stressful ordeal. I would recommend using Northwood and in particular Gavin. Thank you so much Gavin and the Northwood team.

Having worked in the sales environment I am cynical of most estate agents- but was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and experience of purchasing my house through Northwood. They were always professional and supportive throughout the whole experience. I wish I had found them earlier and would have sold through them as well.
