Unfortunately my husband who was a landlord passed away recently. I had to register with Rent Smart Wales, whose bereavement services are borderline vindictive and repeatedly reduced me to tears. Fortunately Dawson's were so good and helped me every step of the way. Well done Caitlin, Jade and Naomi. I could not have done it without you.

As a company we sell many properties and deal with many agents. We didn’t have the easiest property to sell however the team at Richard James Estate Agents persisted with viewings and managed to secure a sale efficiently. A special thanks to Mike who went beyond by helping with an administrative issue - much appreciated.
